Delivery and Returns

Delivery information

Your order will be delivered by one of our approved logistics partners.

Delivery timings

Current delivery timeline estimates from dispatch are:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro: 1-4 business days
  • For other states and non-metro areas: 3-7 business days

Our warehouse team will process and dispatch your order once your order has been confirmed. You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they might be dispatched separately depending on the availability of the different items.

If you're not home to receive your order

If no-one is in when the courier attempts delivery, driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If your order is being delivered by Australia Post, and you choose the Safe Drop delivery option, this is done at your own risk. We do not recommended this as an option for apartment blocks or houses where there is no private/undercover space for delivery.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit). If this impacts your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Returns information

If you have an issue with your Shriro product, you have a number of options depending on the brand of your product.

Our Service & Repairs team are available to handle your enquiry on 1300 768 112 between 9:00 am–5:00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.

Casio products

Shriro Australia is the authorised service centre for Casio in Australia. To get in contact with us regarding Casio servicing, repairs, spare parts and warranty claims, visit our Casio Service site and complete the request form.

Warranty repairs

Shriro Australia and its authorised service centres are entitled to carry out warranty repairs on Casio product in Australia. Repairs carried out by any unauthorised persons may void the warranty on your product.

If you require a warranty repair, please contact one of Shriro Australia’s network of authorised repair centres or alternatively, your product can be sent directly to Shriro Australia for repair.

Non-Warranty repairs

Repairs that are not covered by warranty (wear and tear, or physical damage) or repairs outside of the warranty period can be carried out by Shriro Australia or its authorised seervice centres at a charge. Unauthorised repairs will not be backed by Shriro Australia.
